Actor Unni Mukundan teamed up with  National Award-winning director Jayaraj for an upcoming Malayalam film titled Kadhikan. The actor unveiled the first look poster of the film through his social media handles on Sunday. The film will hit the theatres on May 26. 

Kadhikan has its story, screenplay and dialogues hailing from the veteran director himself, and he is also credited as the producer of the film. The film is also co-produced by Dr Manoj Govid under the banner of Wide Screen Media Productions.

Besides Unni Mukundan, the film also stars Mukesh, Krishnanand and Gopu Krishnan in prominent roles 

The technical team of Kadhikan comprises Shaji Kumar as the cinematographer, Vipin Vishwakarma as the editor and Sanjoy Chowdhury as the music director. 

Meanwhile, Unni Mukundan, last seen in the colossal hit  Malikappuram. The actor has a slew of projects lined up, including Gandharva jr, Mindiyum Paranjum, Yemaha and Nedulan.
