The upcoming Malayalam film Janaki Jaane clears censor board formalities and has been censored with a U certificate. Written and Directed by Aniesh Upaasana, the film stars Navya Nair and Saiju Kurup in the lead roles. The film will hit the theatres on May 12. 

Janaki Jaane is bankrolled by sisters Shenuga, Shegna and Sherga under the banner of SCube Films. The film marks the second production of the banner after Parvathy Thiruvoth starrer Uyare. 

Besides Navya Nair and Saiju Kurup, Janaki Jaane stars an ensemble cast, including Johny Antony, Sharafudeen, Kottayam Nazeer, Anarkali Marakkar, George Kora, Sminu Sijo, Pramod Veliyanadu, James Eliya, Jordi Poonjar, Shylaja Sreedharan, Vidhya Vijayakumar, Anjali Sathyanath, Sathi Premji, and Anwar Shereef.

 The technical team of the film includes Syamprakash MS behind the camera, and Noufal Abdullah handles editing. Janaki Jaane's music is composed by Kailas Menon.
