Asif Ali, Amala Paul and Sharafudheen's new film starts rolling

Vignesh Madhu

We had recently reported about Asif Ali and Sharafudheen starring in debutant Arfaz Ayub's film. This yet-to-be-titled film, which has Amala Paul as the female lead, started rolling on Tuesday in Tunisia. Arfaz has been an associate to director Jeethu Joseph in The Body, Drishyam 2, 12th Man, Kooman and the ongoing Ram

Jeethu is presenting Arfaz Ayub's maiden directorial. It is bankrolled by Ramesh P Pillai and Sudhan Sundharam, who are also producing Ram. Since Jeethu and the crew members of Ram are already in Tunisia for the final schedule, it is presumed that both films will be shot simultaneously.

Arfaz Ayub's film has cinematography by Appu Prabhakar and edits by Deepu Joseph. His father, Adam Ayub, a veteran actor, is penning the dialogues.
