The makers of Purusha Pretham (The Male Ghost) released the trailer on Thursday. Directed by Krishand, Purusha Pretham, starring Darshana Rajendran and Prasanth Alexander in major roles, will be released on SonyLIV on March 24. 

The trailer showcases Prasanth Alexander as Sub-inspector Sebastian, and Darshana's character describes him as a rude and annoying man. We see that Sebastian and his team are carrying out an investigation that involves a dead body. The trailer opens with a fellow cop giving Sebastian an eerie description of a hunted place. The spookiness in the start moves forward in a quirky and fun manner, providing an undertone of comedy elements.

Purusha Pretham is Krishand's sophomore directorial after his much-acclaimed breakthrough feature Aavasavyuham. Apart from Darshana Rajendran and Prasanth Alexander Purusha Pretham stars Rahul Rajagopal, Sreejith Babu and Sreenath Babu.
