Malayalam actor Babu Antony has joined the cast of the upcoming Vijay-Lokesh Kanagaraj film Leo. A veteran of over 100 films in Malayalam, Babu Antony has also done notable roles in Tamil films like Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa, Kanchana, and Kaaka Muttai. On Friday, he took to Facebook to share a photo taken with former footballer IM Vijayan, whom he met while travelling to Kashmir for Leo's shoot. In his post, Babu Antony also mentioned that he will be filming his portions with Vijay and Sanjay Dutt.

Babu Antony is the second Malayalam actor after Mathew Thomas to join the cast of Leo. Mathew, popular for headlining films like Thaneer Mathan Dhinangal and the recently-released Christy, has already shot a few portions for the upcoming biggie. Its star-studded cast also includes Trisha, Priya Anand, Arjun, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mysskin, and Mansoor Ali Khan. Produced by Seven Screen Studio, Leo eyes an October release.
