The makers of Rani, the upcoming Malayalam film written and directed by Shanker Ramakrishnan, released the title poster of the film on Tuesday. The poster features The Queen from the playing cards. 

The film is produced by Vinod Menon, Shanker Ramakrishnan and Jimmy Jacob under the Magictail Works production banner. The film stars an ensemble cast including, Urvashi, Mala Parvathi, Honey Rose, Anumol, Indrans, Gurusomasundaram, Maniyan Pilla Raju, Aswin Gopinath, Krishnan Balakrishnan, Ambi Neenasam, Aswanth Lal, and debutant Niyathi Kadambi. 

The technical crew of the film consist of Vinayak Gopal as cinematographer. Appu Bhattathiri as editor. Rani's music will be composed by Mena Melath.

Shanker Ramakrishnan last helmed the multi-starrer film Pathinettam Padi in 2019.
