Neelavelicham new single to be out on MS Baburaj's birthday

The Aashiq Abu directorial is the remake of the 1964-released classic Bhargavi Nilayam

The makers of Neelavelicham have announced that the third single from the film will be out on March 3, which happens to be the 94th birthday of the legendary composer MS Baburaj. The song titled 'Thamasamenthe Varuvan' will be a reprise version of the popular song of the same name from the 1964-released classic, Bhargavi Nilayam. Baburaj had composed the original song, which was sung by KJ Yesudas.

Directed by Aashiq Abu, Neelavelicham is the official remake of Bhargavi Nilayam. It has Vaikom Muhammad Basheer's screenplay based on his short story, Neelavelicham. Hrishikesh Bhaskaran has penned the additional screenplay.

Tovino Thomas, Rima Kallingal, Roshan Mathew and Shine Tom Chacko play the lead roles in the film. Its technical crew includes cinematographer Gireesh Gangadharan, composers Bijibal, Rex Vijayan and editor Saiju Sreedharan. Produced by Aashiq Abu and Rima Kallingal, the film is set to hit screens on April 21.
