Joju George's Iratta gets OTT release date

Joju George's Iratta, which hit screens on February 3, is set for a digital premiere on Netflix. It will start streaming on the platform from March 3. Written and directed by debutant Rohit MG Krishnan, the film has Joju playing a dual role for the first time in his career. Upon its theatrical release, the film received largely positive response with particular praise for Joju's haunting performance.

Iratta tells the story of twin brothers, Vinod and Pramod, who are police officers. The cast includes Anjali, Srinda, Arya Salim, Srikant Murali, Manoj KU, Sabumon Abdusamad, and Abhiram among others. The film has cinematography by Vijay, music by Jakes Bejoy, and edits handled by Manu Antony. It is jointly produced by filmmaker Martin Prakkat, Joju, and Sijo Vadakkan.

Joju will be next seen in the long-delayed Rajeev Ravi directorial Thuramukham. The film, which also stars Nivin Pauly, Indrajith Sukumaran and Nimisha Sajayan among others, is set for release on March 10.
