The makers of the upcoming Malayalam film, Kasargold, released the film's teaser on Friday. Directed by Mridul Nair, the film stars Asif Ali and Sunny Wayne in the lead roles.

The film marks Asif Ali's reunion with director Mridul Nair after the success of B Tech. Vinayakan, Deepak Parambol, and Malavika Sreenath also play prominent roles in the upcoming film.

According to the makers, Kasargold is an action thriller that revolves around gold smuggling. It is centered around a bunch of friends and how greed changes the dynamics of their bonding. 

Director Mridul has penned the story while collaborating with Malayankunju director Sajimon Prabhakar for the screenplay and dialogues.

The technical team of Kasargold includes Jebin Jacob as the cinematographer, Manoj Kannoth at the editing table and Vishnu Vijay and Niranj Suresh as the music composers.
