Ntikkakkakkoru Premandaarnnu, which marked the return of Bhavana to Malayalam cinema after a hiatus and also starred Sharafudheen, received a great reception during its theatrical run. He has also scripted and edited the film, and Vivek Bharathan has worked on the additional screenplay and dialogues. Arun Rushdie is the cinematographer, and the music is composed jointly by Paul Mathews, Nishant Ramteke, and Joker Blues.

The film also stars Anarkali Nazar, Ashokan, and Shebin Benson in crucial roles. Ntikkakkakkoru Premandaarnnu is produced by Renish Abdulkhader and Rajesh Krishna under Bonhomie Entertainments and London Talkies, respectively. An excerpt from Cinema Express review reads, "Ticking all other boxes—pleasant visuals, soulful music, and vibrant costumes—deemed mandatory for a feel-good film, Ntikkakkakkoru Premondarnn instills a sense of contentment and hope."
