Olam, the upcoming Malayalam film starring Arjun Ashokan and Lenaa, has been censored with a U/A certificate. The film is directed by debutant VS Abhilash. The film will hit the theatres on July 7.

The trailer hints that the story is set in a mountainous backdrop. The trailer starts with Arjun Ashokan and his friend, played by Noby Marcose, meeting Thomas, played by Binu Pappu, in a high-range area surrounded by dense forest. Then we see Lenaa's character, exuding a mysterious allure. The initial serene scenes of the trailer quickly transition into a faster-paced sequence featuring police officers and an investigation. A glimpse of Harishree Ashokan can also be seen.

Olam has a script, which Lenaa co-wrote with Abhilash. It will be her first project as a scenarist. The film also actors Binu Pappu, Harisree Ashokan, Noby Marcose, and Suresh Chandra Menon, among others.

Noufal Punathil is producing the film under the banner of Punathil Production. The film's technical crew includes cinematographer Ashkar, editor Samjith Mohamed, music composer Arun Thomas and sound designer Ranganath Ravee.
