Soubin Shahir, Arjun Ashokan-starrer Romancham gets a release date

The release date of Romancham, starring Soubin Shahir and Arjun Ashokan, is finally out. Scripted and directed by debutant Jithu Madhavan, under Guppy and Ambili filmmaker John Paul George's production, Romancham will hit screens on February 3. 

Billed to be a  horror-comedy, Aadharanjali, the first single from Romancham, has already made to the top of the charts, and has become viral on social media. 

Apart from the lead actors, the movie has a few relative newcomers playing pivotal roles. Sajin Gopan, Siju Sunny, Afzal P, Abin Bino, Jagadeesh and Jolly Chirayath are also part of the cast.

Jithu, an erstwhile assistant of John Paul George, has roped in an interesting crew for his debut, including cinematographer Sameer Thahir and editor Kiran Das. Incidentally, Romancham is backed by Soubin Shahir, cinematographer Girish Gangadharan, composer Sushin Shyam and Annam John Paul.

Meanwhile, John Paul, who last directed Ambili with Soubin, has lined up Mariyam Tailors, with Kunchacko Boban, as his next project.
