The makers of  Ntikkakkakkoru Premandaarnnu released the first single from the film on the occasion of Valentine's Day. Titled Koodey Nin Koodey, the duet has lyrics by Vinayak Sasikumar and it has been composed by Nishant Ramteke. Harisankar KS and Sithara Krishnakumar have lent their voices to the song.

The song features Bhavana and Sharafudheen sharing impressive chemistry and it is rich with picturesque visuals.

Ntikkakkakkoru Premandaarnnu is directed by debutant Adhil Maimoonath Asharaf. He has also scripted and edited the film, and Vivek Bharathan has worked on the additional screenplay and dialogues. Arun Rushdie is the cinematographer, and the music is composed jointly by Paul Mathews, Nishant Ramteke and Joker Blues. 

The film also stars Anarkali Nazar, Ashokan, and Shebin Benson in crucial roles. Ntikkakkakkoru Premandaarnnu is produced by Renish Abdulkhader and Rajesh Krishna under Bonhomie Entertainments and London Talkies, respectively.
