Anikha Surendran, who is a prominent face as a child actor, in the south, is set to make her debut as a lead actor in Malayalam with Oh My Darling. Directed by Alfred D Samuel, the film is gearing up to hit the screens later this month.

Oh My Darling's trailer got released on Saturday, and it looks like a colourful rom-com. The teaser features Anikha and Jo and Jo-fame Melvin G Babu as a couple. The trailer starts with Melvin introducing himself to Anikha's father and then revealing to him that they are in love. Anikha is introduced as a young girl who loves all things Korean. The trailer then takes us through a fun ride showing their relationship, and the challenges they face in it. 

Jineesh K Joy has scripted Oh My Darling, which also stars Mukesh, Lena, Johny Antony, Manju Pillai, Vijayaraghavan, Nandu, Archana Menon, Fukru, Dain Davis, Rithu, Manoj Sreekanta, and Shaju Sreedhar. Ansar Shah is the cinematographer and edits are handled by Lijo Paul. Shaan Rahman is composing the songs and background score.

Oh My Darling is produced by Manoj Sreekanta under the banner Ash Tree Ventures. It is slated for a release on February 24.
