Malayalam film Phoenix, which was released in theatres on November 17, is currently streaming on Prime Videos. 

Directed by debutant filmmaker Vishnu Bharathan, the film has a script penned by Midhun Manuel Thomas. The film stars Aju Varghese, Anoop Menon and Chandhunadh in significant roles.

Produced by Rinish K N under the banner of Front Row Productions, Phoenix has music composed by Sam C S. Phoenix's technical team comprises Alby behind the camera and Nitish K T R as the editor.

Following the release, Phoenix opened to mixed reception to positive. The CE review of the film reads, " Phoenix is a film with an intriguing premise -- no doubt about that -- but it's also the film that stops being interesting once its central mystery is solved. The contributions of cinematographer Alby, art director Shajie Naduvil, editor Nithish KTR, composer Sam CS, and the sound department help conjure a dread-inducing atmosphere to a certain extent, except in places with a forceful inclusion of a jump scare.
