Malayalam actor Lakshmika Sajeevan who has appeared in films and telefilms, died in Sharjah. As per reports, the actor suffered a heart attack.

Lakshmika is from Vazhavelil in Kochi.

The late actor was most known for her role as Panchami in telefilm Kakka which spoke about the oppression and difficulties faced by marginalised communities. Apart from this, she also has appeared in films like Oru Yamandan Premakatha, Panchavarnathathaa, Saudi Vellakka, Uyare, Nityaharitha Nayagan to name a few
