The title announcement of Dileep's upcoming film with Udal-fame Ratheesh Reghunandan will be made on September 4. Tentatively titled D 148, the film is produced by Super Good Films and Iffaar Media. It is reportedly a mass entertainer spanning different timelines. The makers had wrapped up shooting recently.

The film has Pranitha Subhash and Neeta Pillai as the female leads. Sudev Nair, Malaviak Menon, Manoj K Jayan, Ajmal Ameer, Shine Tom Chacko, Siddique, John Vijay, Sampath, Kottayam Ramesh, and Major Ravi also star in it. Manoj Pillai is the cinematographer, and Willaim Francis is the composer for this film.

Dileep, last seen in Voice of Sathyanathan, also has Arun Gopy's Bandra and an untitled film (D 149) helmed by actor-turned-filmmaker Vineeth Kumar coming up.
