While the much-hyped Malayalam film RDX is gearing up for a release on August 25, it has now been learned that the film's post-theatrical streaming rights are bagged by streaming giant Netflix. An official streaming date is yet to be announced.

Directed by debutant Nahas Hidayath, the upcoming film stars Shane Nigam, Antony Varghese and Neeraj Madhav in the lead roles. The actors essay the roles of Robert, Dony, and Xavier and the film is named after the first letter of the characters. The earlier released teaser and trailer of the film promise a high-end actioner.

RDX is scripted by Shabas Rasheed and Adarsh Sukumaran. The film stars Mahima Nambiar and Aima Rosmy Sebastian as the female leads. The cast also includes Lal, Baiju Santhosh, Shammi Thilakan, Maala Parvathy, and Nishant Sagar.

RDX is produced by Sophia Paul's Weekend Blockbusters. The film, which is heavy on action, has Anbariv, known for their work in KGF, Kaithi, and Vikram, handling the action choreography. Sam CS is on board as the music director, while Alex J Pulickal is the director of photography. Richard Kevin (Vikram Vedha, Suzhal) is in charge of editing.
