We had earlier reported about Joju George and Aishwarya Rajesh starring in director AK Sajan's upcoming film, Pulimada. Its first look featuring the two leads got released on Saturday. The poster has Joju and Aishwarya in Christian wedding attire. This is the latter's third Malayalam film after Jomonte Suvisheshangal and Sakhavu.

Pulimada, billed as a thriller, also stars Chemban Vinod Jose in a significant role. Others in the cast include Balachandra Menon, Lijomol Jose, Johnny Antony, Jaffer Idukki, Krishna Prabha, Sona Nair and Jeo Baby. The film also has cinematographer-director Venu cranking the camera after a gap of eight years. Besides directing, AK Sajan is also scripting and editing the film. Anil Johsnon is handling the background score, while Ishaan Dev composes the songs.

Pulimada is produced by Einstein Zack Paul and Rajesh Damodaran under the banner of Lant Cinemas and Einstein Media.
