The makers of Mammootty's upcoming crime thriller Kannur Squad shared its second look on Saturday. The poster features Mammootty along with Roby Varghese Raj, Shabareesh Varma and Azeez Nedumangad. They all seem to be playing cops in the film. Mammootty reportedly plays the role of an ASI.

Kannur Squad is the directorial debut of cinematographer Roby Varghese Raj. 

The film, said to be based on true events, has its story by Muhammed Shafi. He has also penned the screenplay along with actor Rony David Raj.

The film also stars Deepak Parambol, Sajin Cherukayil, and Gibin Gopinath in supporting roles. The technical crew includes cinematographer Muhammed Rahil, composer Sushin Shyam, and editor Praveen Prabhakar. It is backed by Mammootty's home production banner Mammootty Kampany.
