The makers of Asif Ali-starrer Kooman have announced that the film's trailer will be out on Wednesday at 5 PM. Actors Dileep, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Nivin Pauly, Kunchacko Boban, Fahadh Faasil, Jayasurya, Unni Mukundan, Tovino Thomas, Antony Varghese, Aparna Balamurali, Namitha Pramod, Anusree, Sshivada and Anu Sithara will be sharing it in their respective social media handles.

From the earlier-released teaser, Kooman promises to be a gripping investigative thriller. The film has Asif playing a police constable while Renji Panicker essays his senior officer's role. Hannah Reji Koshy, Baburaj, Nandu, Pauly Valsan, Meghanathan, Jayan Cherthala and Abhiram Pothuval also star in the film.

Kooman is scripted by KR Krishna Kumar, who previously collaborated with Jeethu for the Mohanlal-starrer The 12th Man. The film is produced by Listin Stephen and Alwin Antony under the banners of Magic Frames and Ananya Films. Vishnu Shyam is composing the music, and VS Vinayak is in charge of editing. Satheesh Kurup, who shot Jeethu's Drishyam 2, is the cinematographer.

Asif Ali was last seen in an extended cameo role in Rorschach, which had Mammootty as the lead. The film has several other projects in the pipeline including Maheshum Maruthiyum, A Ranjith Cinema, Kishkindha Kandam, Adavu, and Kaapa.

Jeethu, on the other hand, has a few more portions left to be shot for the Mohanlal-starrer Ram.
