Prithviraj's Kaapa shoot wrapped up

The film also stars Asif Ali, Aparna Balamurali, and Anna Ben in the lead

Shoot for Shaji Kailas' upcoming directorial Kaapa has been wrapped up. Though the team had called it a wrap last month, they still had a few patch works left. They finished it on Sunday by filming the remaining portions with Prithviraj Sukumaran.

Kaapa also stars Asif Ali, Aparna Balamurali, and Anna Ben in the lead. The film has its story, screenplay, and dialogues written by author GR Indugopan. It revolves around the Kerala Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 2007, popularly known as the Kaapa act, which aims to provide for the effective prevention and control of certain kinds of anti-social activities in the State of Kerala.

Dolwin Kuriakose, Jinu Abraham, and Dileesh Nair are producing the film under the banners of the Film Employees Federation of Kerala (FEFKA) Writers Union and Theatre of Dreams. Mumbai-based Yoodlee Films are also on board as the producers. Jomon T John is the cinematographer and edits are handled by Shameer Muhammed.
