Dhyan Sreenivasan's Veekam gets a release date

Veekam, the upcoming film starring Dhyan Sreenivasan, is all set to release on December 9, the actor announced on his social media handle on Monday.

Produced by Sheelu Abraham and presented by Abraham Mathew under the Abaam Movies banner, Veekam marks the 12th project of the Abaam Movies banner. Veekam is written and directed by Sagar. The film also stars  Siddique, Sheelu Abraham, Aju Varghese, Dinesh Prabhakar, and Dain Davis.

According to reports, Dhyan works in the forensic department and is involved in an investigation. The film is said to be centred around travel and has family sentiments. Dayyana Hameed is cast opposite Dhyan as the female lead.

With cinematography by Dhanesh Raveendranath, Veekam was shot in Palakkad, Ernakulam, Thiruvananthapuram, and Mumbai. The technical crew includes music composer William Fransis and editor Hareesh Mohan. Sagar is known for directing films like Kumbarees (2019) and another film, with Dhyan, titled Sathyam Mathrame Bodhippikku.
