After the blockbuster success of Jaya Jaya Jaya Jay Hey, Basil Joseph will next headline a film titled Enkilum Chandrike. Debutant Adithyan Chandarashekar is directing the film, the first look of which got released on Sunday. The poster features Basil, Abhiram Radhakrishnan, Saiju Kurup, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Niranjana Anoop, and Tanvi Ram.

Enkilum Chandrike, billed as a feel-good entertainer, has Niranjana Anoop playing the titular role of Chandrika Raveendran. Director Adithyan has scripted the film along with Arjun Narayanan. Jithin Stanislaus is the cinematographer and the music is by June-fame Ifthi. Lijo Paul is the editor. The film is produced by Vijay Babu's Friday Film House. Actor Ann Augustine and Vivek Thomas are also on board as the co-producers.

The makers are planning to release the film in February 2023.
