After Halal Love Story, filmmaker Zakariya has scripted a new project titled Momo in Dubai, directed by newcomer Ameen Aslam and produced by the former. Ashif Kakkodi co-wrote the children's drama. The makers unveiled the first-look poster on Children's Day.

Anu Sithara, Aneesh G Menon, and Johnny Antony play the lead roles in the film co-produced by PB Anish and Harris Desom under the banners of Cross Border Camera and Imagine Cinemas.

Sajith Purushan is the cinematographer. Jassie Gift and Gafoor M Khayyam composed the music to the lyrics of BK Harinarayan and Dr Hikmatullah. Ratheesh Raj edited it.
