In an exclusive conversation with A Sharadhaa for Cinema Express, he reflects on the Kannada film industry, saying the support system is missing today, raising concerns for both filmmakers and newcomers. Set in 1970s Bengaluru, KD blends underworld drama with emotion.

“Blood is thicker than water,” says Prem, calling it as much a family story as a violent one. Led by Dhruva Sarja, the film also stars Ramesh Aravind, V Ravichandran, Sanjay Dutt, and Shilpa Shetty.
