The team behind Krishna Ajai Rao and Brinda Acharya's upcoming film Partner is riding high on some solid pre-release momentum. The movie has officially cleared its censor board screening with a U/A certificate, and the board didn't suggest a single cut or mute.

Speaking about the positive wave, producer Harish Devithandre shared that everything is falling into place. The romantic entertainer's first single, 'Amora', sung by Kunal Ganjawala, has turned into a major crowd-puller, crossing three million hits and building strong anticipation for the next track. Buoyed by this, the audio rights have been grabbed by Anand Audio for a good price, helping the film surpass the pre-release business of Krishna Ajai Rao's past outings, while discussions are also underway for satellite and OTT platforms post the theatrical release.

This project marks the third time actor Ajai Rao and director Shiva Tejas are teaming up, following Dhairyam and Dil Pasand, completing a successful hat-trick for the duo. Produced under HPR Enterprises, the film is set against a modern backdrop.

Director Shiva Tejas explains that the story tackles contemporary relationship realities, ranging from modern romance and breakups to live-in setups, while anchoring itself on the core message of how comforting life becomes when you have a trustworthy partner by your side, all wrapped in wholesome entertainment.

The film's technical crew brings together music director Nakul Abhyankar, cinematographer Sugnan, and editor KM Prakash. Alongside the lead pair, the supporting cast includes seasoned names like Rangayana Raghu, Gaurav Shetty, Manohar Gowda, Chithkala, Giri Shivanna, and others. The makers are looking to announce a release date soon.
