The team of A for Anand, starring Shivarajkumar, has begun shooting for the film, and had Bollywood actor Raveena Tandon participating in the set. The cast gets more interesting with the addition of seasoned character actor Murali Sharma, who has officially joined the shoot. The makers announced the news by sharing a welcoming video clip on social media from the shooting location, showing Murali Sharma interacting enthusiastically with director Srini and the technical crew on the set. Welcoming him aboard, the team wrote, "Welcoming the powerhouse of talent and immense versatility, Murali Sharma garu, to the sets of A for Anand.

The Srini's directorial officially went on floors earlier this month in Bengaluru, commencing with an inaugural ceremony at the Presidency University campus. The project marks the second collaboration between Shivarajkumar and Srini following their slick heist thriller Ghost, while also bringing Shivarajkumar and Raveena Tandon together on screen for the very first time. With Murali Sharma, known for his commanding screen presence across Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada cinema—now stepping in an, anticipation around the ensemble.

While the specifics of his character are kept under wraps, his role is expected to carry substantial weight.

Director Srini is assembling a massive ensemble for A for Anand, an emotional drama that is also set to feature a whole group of children.
