A Sharadhaa

Director Simple Suni, known in Kannada cinema for taking offbeat routes and telling fresh stories, is back with an intriguing new project. The makers have officially released the first-look poster for his upcoming venture, Lambodhara 2.0. Presented by Mahaveer Jain Films and mounted on a lavish scale by Mass Production, the reveal has sparked strong buzz among film enthusiasts.

Billed as a scientific social thriller, Lambodhara 2.0 looks beyond conventional drama. The storyline weaves together artificial intelligence, robotics, and the future of human society. At its core, the film explores thought-provoking questions: Can India become the happiest nation on earth? Who is truly the happiest person in the country? What defines genuine joy? Five characters from completely different walks of life embark on a shared, gripping journey to find these answers.

The film features an ensemble cast, including Anil Shetty, Kunal Kapoor, Saachi Bindra, Meghana Gaonkar, and Mack D'Souza. Adding a major twist to the lineup, a humanoid robot named 'Zia' plays a central role on screen, instantly raising curiosity around how tech and emotion will clash in the narrative.

The first-look poster carries a catchy tagline, "Happiness Loading… 92%", kicking off the promotional campaign with a tech-driven touch. Mounted as a bilingual release, Lambodhara 2.0 will arrive simultaneously in Kannada and Hindi. The film is scheduled to hit theaters across the country on November 20.
