For Kannada cinema audiences, Thriller Manju has long been synonymous with high-octane action. After spending years choreographing some of the industry's most memorable stunt sequences, the veteran action director is stepping back into the director's chair with Deadly Killer, his first directorial venture since Police Story nearly 15 years ago.

Produced by Prashanth T Tambrallimath under Keerthi Silver Screen and Vedik Cosmos, Deadly Killer blends action, suspense, thriller, and horror elements into a fast-paced narrative. The film stars Sambhrama-fame Abhay Veer alongside Neviksha in the lead roles.

The trailer of the film was recently unveiled by actor Ragini Dwivedi, who shared a personal connection with Thriller Manju. Recalling her early days in the industry, Ragini said Manju had choreographed action for her debut film. She also urged audiences to support newcomers and encourage Kannada cinema.

Speaking about the project, Thriller Manju revealed that he had narrated the story to Abhay Veer long ago. Impressed by the concept, the actor himself brought the producer on board. “The story moves at a rapid pace and is packed with suspense. Abhay has delivered a strong performance, and I believe he has the potential to become a star,” said the director.

Deadly Killer follows six gangsters who escape into a forest and the protagonist’s efforts to track, trap, and bring them down. The film features six uniquely designed action sequences choreographed by Manju himself.
