Rocking Star Yash, whose much-awaited Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups is set to release worldwide on August 26, has visited Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala ahead of the film’s release and sought the blessings of Lord Manjunatha.

Yash arrived at Mangaluru International Airport on a special flight from Chennai and received a warm welcome from fans. He then travelled to Dharmasthala, where he offered prayers at the Sri Manjunatha Swamy Temple. He was accompanied by Toxic producer Venkat K Narayana. The two also met Dr D. Veerendra Heggade during the visit.

Yash’s Dharmasthala visit has been a tradition ahead of his film releases. The actor has regularly visited the temple before his films reach theatres, and he has followed the same practice ahead of Toxic as well.

The visit comes a day before Toxic opens worldwide and follows an extensive promotional campaign. The team kicked off the promotions with the trailer launch in Bengaluru, followed by an audio launch in Mumbai and pre-release events in Hyderabad and Chennai. The promotional tour continues with a special event in Kochi today.

Toxic is one of the most awaited films of the year, with Yash returning to the big screen after KGF: Chapter 2. Directed by Geetu Mohandas, the film produced by KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations bringing together an ensemble cast, is set for a worldwide theatrical release on August 26 in multiple languages.

With the release now just a day away, with early morning shows starting at 6 am, Yash has completed one of his customary pre-release rituals by visiting Dharmasthala and seeking divine blessings before Toxic reaches audiences.
