Dilmaar, the first film written by KGF dialogue writer Chandramouli, blends action and a psychological love story. The film had already caught attention with support from stars like Dhruva Sarja and Sriimurali, and now it has received backing from the legendary Shivarajkumar. He attended the pre-release event and wished the team well, lending his support to the upcoming release.
Shivarajkumar spoke about the team, saying, “Ram has worked very hard to reach here. I’ve seen many ups and downs in my career, and it’s refreshing to see such dedication, and his sincerity shows on screen. Chandramouli speaks with hope and positivity. When the heart is in the right place, things fall into place. This film is going to be good.” He also noted that the trailer gives a familiar Arjun Reddy feel and expressed hope that the film will bring light to Kannada this Deepavali.
Aditi Prabhudeva called Shivarajkumar's presence “a ray of light” at the event and added, “Ram suits this role perfectly and has done a great job. This love story has a psychological edge, and I believe it could make audiences look at romance differently. I hope everyone watches it in theaters.”
Ram shared his gratitude, saying, “Words are not enough for Shivanna today. He has stood by me and Geetha like Shiva and Parvati. Being next to him feels like a victory, and I hope audiences enjoy our film.”
Director Chandramouli reflected on the journey, saying, “Dilmaar is a dream come true. Shivarajkumar's presence was beyond what we expected. His humility in personally acknowledging the audience shows a lot. Ram has worked hard to earn his place in the industry, and that dedication comes through on screen.”
The film has already generated buzz with its trailer and teaser, and an action-packed character trailer has just been released. Chandramouli’s dialogues add punch to the psychological love story, promising a compelling cinematic experience.
