Srinidhi Shetty, Shraddha Srinath, and Divya Dutta praise Rishab Shetty's Kantara: Chapter 1

Actors Srinidhi Shetty, Shraddha Srinath, and Divya Dutta are the latest to share their Kantara: Chapter 1 movie reviews. Srinidhi, the star of the KGF franchise that also earned a similar nationwide appeal, said that the film "was, is and will always be extremely special and close to my heart". Taking to her Instagram Stories, Srinidhi said that it was "a divine experience" to witness "the glorious culture and tradition of our land—a heritage I am deeply proud of." Srinidhi also congratulated the team behind the film, including Rishab Shetty, Rukmini Vasanth, and producer Hombale Films.

On the other hand, Shraddha Srinath called Kantara: Chapter 1 "a masterpience" that gave her "goosebumps all the way (through)". Praising the film's direction and performances, Shraddha said that the film's star Rukmini "embodies so much divinity and grace." She also said that seeing "all the love" that comes Rukmini's way "feels like a personal win".

The Jersey star gave a shout out to Kantara cinematographer Arvind Kashyap, saying he created "sheer magic" on screen. She went on to add, "I remember you from my U Turn days and your journey is awe inspiring." Shraddha also reserved special praise for the film's composer Ajaneesh Loknath, saying his music is "phenomenal" and had her "spellbound". The actor also made it a point to appreciate the film's costume designer Pragathi Shetty, also Rishab's wife, saying her costumes "elevated the scenes".

Kantara: Chapter 1 has also caught the eye of those in the Hindi film industry. For example, calling the film "fabulous," Divya Dutta posted a photograph featuring her with Rishab and wrote, "Mesmerized by your multiple roles. As an actor, writer and director!!" She also said that the film is a "spectacle to rejoice with and cherish!!" According to Divya, the experience watching Kantara took her back to the days where single theatres dominated with housefull shows.
