Mangaluru recently witnessed the grandeur of Pilli Nalike, a traditional tiger dance festival organised by Mithun Rai during the Dasara celebrations. The event turned into a star-studded with the presence of celebrities like Kichcha Sudeep, Suniel Shetty, Zaid Khan, Pooja Hegde, and several sports personalities including Ajinkya Rahane and Jitesh Sharma. Many dignitaries and well-wishers added to the glamour of the celebration.
One of the highlights of the evening came when actor Zaid Khan was impressed by a tiger dance team’s performance. Overjoyed by their energy and talent, he announced a reward of two lakh rupees to the group on the spot, winning cheers from the audience. He also noticed a young boy who stood out with his graceful moves and, moved by his talent, Zaheer gifted him fifty thousand rupees as a personal token of encouragement. His gesture reflected the spirit of the festival, which celebrates art, culture, and community togetherness.
Zaid Khan has completed the shoot of his second film Cult, directed by Anil Kumar. The project is currently in post-production, and with its songs and teaser already receiving a warm response, the team is gearing up for its release.
As for Kiccha Sudeep, he continues to balance multiple commitments. While he is currently hosting Bigg Boss Kannada Season 12, he is also busy shooting for his much-anticipated film Mark. The makers are targeting a December 25 release date for this action entertainer.
