The first single from the Kannada film Landlord, titled ‘Ninggava Ninggava', is scheduled to release on December 18. The song will introduces audiences to the film’s narrative and, in particular, Rachita Ram's character, providing an early insight into the story.

Landlord stars Vijay Kumar and marks his first collaboration with director Jadesha K Hampi. Jadesha, who has previously directed Gentleman and Guru Shishyaru, brings his distinctive style to the project. The film’s music is composed by Ajaneesh Loknath.

Rachita Ram appears in a performance-driven role, forming a new on-screen pairing with Vijay Kumar for the second time after Johnny Johnny Yes Papa. She had previously shared the first look of her character, from Landlord. The makers have revealed the promo for the upcoming single, recenlty.

Vijay’s elder daughter, Ritanya Vijay, also features in an important role. The film includes a large ensemble cast, with further details yet to be disclosed. Produced by Hemanth Gowda KS and KV Satyaprakash under the Sarathi Films banner, Landlord has Swamy J as the cinematographer.
