Director Chandru Obaiah, known for his work on U Turn 2, Ramu and Karimani Maalika, is excited about his latest film. Titled Vaibhoga, the film is "designed to appeal to a wide audience while delivering a heartwarming message,” he explained. “This film will remind the youth to cherish and remember their loving parents.” The tagline for Vaibhoga explains this theme: “Don’t forget your loving parents when you are young.”
Dr Chetan Ningegowda is producing the film that will highlight the significance of joint families and family values. Shooting for the film is set to begin on September 20. The team has planned 30 days of shooting in Channapatna and Mysuru for dialogue scenes, followed by 10 days of filming songs and action sequences in Mangaluru.
For Shreyas, Vaibhoga marks his debut in a leading role. He shared his enthusiasm for the project, stating, “Although the director hasn’t revealed the full story yet, I’m confident it will be a great film.”
Sanjana Kadam, a theatre artist from Mysore trained by Mandya Ramesh, is excited to take on the female lead.
Niranjan Bopanna will handle the cinematography, and Nagendra Urs will play the role of the hero’s father. Moogu Suresh will also be part of the cast.
