Seven years have passed since Rishi made his debut in Kannada cinema with Operation Alamelamma. Directed by Simple Suni and released in 2017, the film not only captivated audiences but also propelled Rishi into the limelight. Following this success, Rishi went on to star in Kavaludaari and several other films. Rishi took to social media to express his deep gratitude to his fans.

For director Simple Suni, known for his earlier work Simple Agi Ondh Love Story, Operation Alamelamma marked his debut in the thriller genre, crafting a gripping narrative around a kidnapping plot line that swiftly won over Kannada movie buffs upon its release. The film's frequent television broadcasts further bolstered Rishi's popularity, solidifying his standing in the industry.

Produced by Amrej Suryavanshi and Suni, the film had cinematography by Abhishek Kasaragodu and music by Judah Sandhy, both of which received significant acclaim. Notably, it marked the debut film distributed by KRG Studios.
