Sonal Monteiro, who has an interesting lineup of projects, has signed Komal Kumar's next, Rolex.  Billed to be an out-and-out comedy-drama, Rolex marks Sonal's debut collaboration with Komal. Directed by Bill Gates director Srinivasa Mandya, Rolex also stars Rangayana Raghu, Sharath Lohitshwa, and Shobraj.

Talking about the film, Srinivas said that the comedy-drama is a jugalbandi between a middle-class person and a billionaire played by Sonal. 

Rolex will have Jassie Gift scoring the music, and Rakesh C Tilak handling the cinematography. With the lead cast and technicians set for the film, the makers plan to conduct the muhurath on January 26, and kickstart the project. The entire film will be shot in Bengaluru.

While Komal has Murali's Namo Bhootatma 2, Sonal Monteiro's lineup of films includes Buddhivanta 2, Sugar Factory, and Garadi.
