Thapaswini Poonacha, who began her acting career with the Rishab Shetty-starrer Harikathe Alla Girikathe, has signed her second film.

Thapaswini will be starring alongside Rajavardan in Gajarama, which will mark the directorial debut of Sunil Kumar VA, an erstwhile assistant of directors Yogaraj Bhat and Suri.

The project was launched recently by sharing the first look of Rajavardhan from the film. 

Backed by Narasimha Murthy, Gajarama also features Shishya Deepak, Sharath Lohitashwa, and Shobraj in pivotal roles.

While Mano Murthy (Mungaru Male) will be scoring music for Gajarama, KS Chandrashekar is onboard the project as the cinematographer.

On the other hand, Rajavardan has completed shooting for Pranayam and Hiranya, and both the projects are in the post-production stage.
