Kirataka director Pradeep Raj no more

Pradeep Raj, the director of  Yash-Oviyaa starrer Kirataka, breathed his last breath on 3 am,Thursday, (January 20) in Pondicherry. The news was confirmed by his brother, Prashant Raj. According to reports, Pradeep had been a diabetic for 15 years, and he was suffering from a liver ailment in the last few months. He was also recently infected with Coronavirus and was admitted to a private hospital.

Sandalwood mourns the death of Pradeep Raj, who leaves behind his wife and two children. Apart from Kirataka, the director has helmed films like Ganesh's Mr 420, Duniya Vijay's Rajani Kantha, Sathish Ninasam's Anjada Gandu, and Bangalore 560 023 starring Karthik Jayaram, Chikkanna, and Chandan.

The last rites of Pradeep Raj will take place today in Pondicherry.
