Earlier, we reported about the third edition of BookMyShow's Red Lorry Film Festival being set to take place from March 13 to 15 this year in Mumbai. More than 120 titles are set to be shown at the festival, including Academy Award and BAFTA nominated films such as Sentimental Value, Hamnet, and Sirāt. The other films part of the festival slate include actor-director French drama Nino, Safe House, Brendan Fraser's Rental Family, and Bradley Cooper's Is This Thing On? Besides, Cannes Film Festival titles such as Fatih Akin’s AmrumThe Love That Remains, RedlandLeave One DayPeak Everything, and A Pale View Of Hills are part of the slate as well.

One special section known as 'Legacy Rewind' is also in the festival, including restored films and classics that have shaped cinema in India over the years, and another that celebrates Marathi cinema.

That said, the festival is billing Sentimental Value, Hamnet, and Sirāt as the three leading films in it this year. Interestingly, Hamnet is set to have its India release in February 20 this year, before its premiere at the festival. Director Chloé Zhao's film stars Paul Mescal and Jessie Buckley as William and Agnes Shakespeare, respectively. It explores the Shakespeare couple's struggle with grief following their son Hamnet's (Jacobi Jupe) passing. On the other hand, director Joachim Trier's Sentimental Value follows Agnes (Inga Ibsdotter Lilleaas) and Nora (Renate Reinsve) who reunite with their father (Stellan Skarsgård) after a long time. Sentimental Value also stars Elle Fanning, who recently played twin roles in Predator: Badlands.

Óliver Laxe's Sirāt, meanwhile, follows a father's (Sergi López) search for his missing child in the southern Morocco deserts alongside his son and others.
