Actor Kaali Venkat has joined hands with Greater Chennai Police for a song that spreads awareness of online investing scams. Titled 'Freedom From Cyber Fraud', the song features the vocals of Gana Guna, who has penned the well received 'Beer Song' from Diesel.

The song follows Kaali Venkat as the average office going middle aged man, who invests money in an online share market scam. After receiving some initial profits, he gets loans from different people in order to beget more profitable returns. The money he has invested is withheld by the investment management company, citing reasons which Kaali Venkat was unaware of.

Magesh Janakiraman has directed the promotional song, which was composed by MG Karthik and features the lyrics of Kamala Nandan. Arusami is the art director and Raja is the editor for the promotional song.

With this promotional video the Greater Chennai Police, hopes that the social media users will be able to identify the organisations whose motives are to defraud unassuming people of their savings and money.
