Done Kar Do, the new song from Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar starrer Raksha Bandhan, was released recently.

In the music video, Akshay is seen dancing and singing in jagratas to raise money for his sisters' weddings. The video also has comic scenes where Akshay is vexed with his sisters' antics.

Talking about the song, Akshay said, “Done Kar Do is one of those songs you’ll find yourself humming all the time. It’s so catchy it's hard to forget.”

Director Anand L Rai added, “The song Done Kar Do pulls the movie towards a lighter note. It brings forth the themes of the movie while still keeping innocence and joviality intact. The movie itself manoeuvres through notes of love, comfort, dismay etc., and the song fits in just beautifully.”

The film also features Bhumi Pednekar, Neeraj Sood, Seema Pahwa, Sadia Khateeb, Abhilash Thapliyal, Deepika Khanna, Smrithi Srikanth and Sahejmeen Kaur.

The film is written by Himanshu Sharma and Kanika Dhillon and co-produced by Aanand L Rai, Alka Hiranandani and ZEE Studios. Raksha Bandhan is set to release on August 11 and will clash with Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha at the box office.
