Ranveer Singh is shaking a leg with his wife Deepika Padukone in a new song ‘Current Laga’ from Rohit Shetty’s upcoming comedy Cirkus. The electrifying dance number features the actors showcasing energetic moves. Cirkus is slated to release on December 23.

'Current Laga’ has been composed by Lijo George and Dj Chetas and sung by Nakash Aziz, Dhvani Bhanushali, Jonita Gandhi, Lijo George. Kumaar has written the song with Tamil lyrics added by Hari.The Tamil rap portion has been sung by Vivek Hariharan.

The last time Deepika and Ranveer danced together on screen was in Goliyon Ki Raas Leela: Ram Leela. Deepika was last seen alongside Ranveer in 83. She had also co-produced the film which had Ranveer in the role of cricketer Kapil Dev and her as his wife Romi Bhatia.

Billed as a comedy entertainer, Cirkus is set in the backdrop of a circus in Ooty. It is an official adaptation of the 1982 film Angoor which was based on Shakespeare's play The Comedy of Errors.

According to the trailer, the film has Ranveer playing the role of a Circus artist and seems to have a condition of generating current. While Ranveer and Varun Sharma seem to be essaying double roles,  the film also features Jacqueline Fernandez, Pooja Hegde, Sanjay Mishra, Johnny Lever, Ashwini Kalsekar, and Mukesh Tiwari, among others.
