Amazon Prime Video has launched the teaser of Chhorii, an upcoming horror-thriller starring Nushrratt Bharuccha.

Remade from a Marathi film, Lapachhapi, Chhorri follows a pregnant woman, Sakshi (Nushrratt), who moves to a remote village. There, she starts having paranormal flashes, from a bride in a veil to children running around the courtyard. The teaser ends with Sakshi in bed, hands tied, with a grisly arm reaching out to her.

Chhorii is directed by Vishal Furia. This is Nushrratt's second horror outing after the 2014 film Darr @ the Mall. She is joined in the cast by Mita Vashisht, Rajesh Jais, Saurabh Goyal, and Yaanea Bharadwaj.

"I am extremely excited to be a part of Chhorii,” Nushrratt had earlier stated. “This genre excites me and the fact that the story is anchored in practices of our society, makes it relatable and impactful.”

Chhorri will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on November 26. You can check out the teaser here -
