ZEE5 has launched the trailer of Squad. The action thriller stars debutant Rinzing Denzongpa and Malvika Raaj. The film is written and directed by Nilesh Sahay.

The 3-minute trailer opens with swarms of soldiers hunting for a little girl (child artist Dishita Jain). Rinzing, playing a commando (named Bhim) assigned to protect her. The trailer gives a glimpse of elaborate action sequences involving MIG 8s, helicopter chases and a climactic battle with 400 soldiers. It's pretty straightforward, really, with a disarmingly honest voiceover near the end. "Make a statement," it says. "And make it loud."

Squad also stars Pooja Batra, Mohan Kapur, Amit Gaur and Tanisha Dhillon. The big-scale production has Kier Beck (Mad Max: Fury Road) as its stunt coordinator.

Rinzing, son of veteran actor Danny Denzongpa, shares, "There is a lot of excitement to see how people would respond to the film and I really hope that they watch it on ZEE5 and like it. I have personally learnt a lot through the journey of Squad, and it has been an enriching experience."
Squad will release on ZEE5 on November 12.
