Singham Vs Dishyam's Vijay Salgaonkar, who will win? Ajay Devgn answers

Ajay's characters Singham and Drishyam's Vijay Salgaonkar are in sharp contrast with each other

In an amusing moment at the trailer launch of Drishyam 3, titled Drishyam: The Conclusion, held in Goa, on Wednesday, Ajay Devgn was asked who will emerge victorious if his characters, tough-cop Bajirao Singham and common man- criminal genius Vijay Salgaonkar, come face to face.

"I think Vijay will use his brains and Singham will use his brawn," Ajay answered amid laughter from mediapersons. "I don't know what will happen next."

Ajay's character Singham, as seen in the Rohit Shetty films Singham (2011), Singham Returns (2014), and Singham Again (2024), is a cop known for his daredevil acts and no-nonsense attitude. In contrast his Drishyam character Vijay Salgaonkar is a common man, who uses his wits to foold the cops and save his family from being convicted in a murder case.

While the first Hindi Drishyam was helmed by the late Nishikant Kamat. The subsequent film and now the third part is being helmed by Abhishek Pathak. Drishyam 3 will see new additions to the cast, as Jaideep Ahlawat and Prakash Raj join the franchise along with Tabu, Shriya Saran and Rajat Kapoor reprising their roles.
