Amidst the stupendous success of the recent devotional drama Hanuman Ansh, there has been a massive influx in the number of devotees at Kainchi Dham, the Hanuman temple in Uttarakhand. It is to be noted that the ashram has been associated with Neem Karoli Baba, around whom the story of Hanuman Ansh revolved. Amidst the rising visits to the pilgrimage spot, Hanuman Ansh director Vishal Chaturvedi made a social media post, requesting the Kainchi Dham visitors to exercise caution.
Sharing a video statement, the filmmaker said, “There are massive crowds in Kainchi Dham right now, and many are saying that it’s because of Hanuman Ansh and its impact. Whether that is the case or not, devotees should visit the place only after carefully considering the circumstances.”
Further asking the devotees to be careful, Vishal said, “There are many other places of Maharaj ji that a devotee can visit. If you are not able to visit Kainchi Dham, you can visit places like Vrindavan where Maharaj ji took samadhi or his birth place Akbarpur. I request you all to not get into such situations where the women and children in your families feel suffocated or get stuck in a traffic jam.”
In the past few videos, many videos have been going viral, capturing the rush that began ahead of the long weekend, with a government holiday on Friday, October 2, giving devotees three days off in a row.
Meanwhile, Hanuman Ansh continues to register impre ssive footfalls in its 9th week at the box office. According to Sacnilk, the film has garnered Rs 323.5 crores at domestic box office. On Monday, the makers also announced that their film will have a Telugu dub release soon, in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
