On Thursday, the makers of Bobby Deol starrer Bandar released the first single of their film. The upcoming Anurag Kashyap film, which promises to be an intense psychological drama, is set for theatrical release on June 5.
The single, titled ‘Kyun Mazaa Aa Raha Hai,’ is a dreamy romantic song that perfectly complements the vibe captured in the music video that features Bobby Deol and Sapna Pabbi’s characters bonding over many conversations at cafes and beachside walks. Shashwat Dwivedi has penned the lyrics.
Written by Sudip Sharma and Abhishek Banerjee, Bandar also features Sanya Malhotra, Saba Azad, Raj B Shetty among others in the ensemble cast. The film is presented by Saffron Magicworks and produced by Shivie Pandit & Gaurie Pandit under Nikhil Dwivedi production in association with Zee Studios.
The official trailer of the film, which came out a few days ago, largely received a positive response on social media.
Bandar marks Bobby Deol’s maiden collaboration with Anurag Kashyap. Anurag Kashyap’s last theatrical film, Almost Pyaar with DJ Mohabbat (2023) released more than 3 years ago.
