Taking to his Instagram page, Salman posted a quirky story, sharing the film's teaser and enlisting all the reasons that make Bandar an interesting film, with his trademark wacky sense of humour. He wrote, “B for Bobby deol. A for aag. N nahi jaoge toh pachtaoge. D for deol ABB sunny deol. A for abhi kya? Aamir khan? R for Race so Race to the cinema to see it. Akele mat jaana doston ke saath jao aur haan Bandar karega ab sab ko Cinema Ke Andar.”

It is to be noted that Salman and Bobby had worked together in the 2018 film Race 3.

Salman Khan's Insta story about Bandar

Bandar marks Bobby’s maiden collaboration with Anurag Kashyap. The psychological drama also features Sanya Malhotra, Sapna Pabbi, Raj B Shetty, Indrajith Sukumaran, Saba Azad, Riddhi Sen, Jitendra Joshi, and Nagesh Bhosale in the ensemble cast. The film is written by Sudip Sharma and Abhishek Banerjee, and is produced by Nikhil Dwivedi under Saffron Magicworks in association with Zee Studios.

The teaser, which presents Bobby Deol in a flamboyant retro-inspired avatar, elevated by the recreated ‘Come On Baby Dil Kisko Degi,’ ’promises a raw, hard-hitting cinematic experience. What begins as vibrant and eccentric soon turns dark, intense and emotionally unsettling as the musician finds himself in prison after an allegation of sexual misconduct that may or may not be true.
